There are four different calculation methods that we carry out to provide technical reinforcement advice for your project. The Nonlinear Time Domain Analysis (NLTH) gives us the most accurate results. VORM4 is one of the few agencies qualified to perform these calculations.

Creating the design and carrying out the calculations

We find it important to be able to work independently as much as possible; direct contact with residents is key to us. Since February 2024, we have been qualified as a supplier for this process. The resident approaches us with a budget they have requested, after which we can independently guide them through the process.

Creating a technical design

To determine whether reinforcement to a building is necessary, it is necessary to see whether the building will receive a “standard decision”. To determine this, we look at whether the house can be left safely and on time during a (severe) earthquake. If this is the case, reinforcement is not necessary and the building will receive a “decision by norm”. Our assessment is checked by National Coordinator Groningen (NCG).

Detailed calculations commissioned by the contractor

We offer expert guidance when applying for grants so that homeowners receive the necessary financial support needed to strengthen their homes.

After we have provided a detailed design, it is important that the design is complied with down to the last detail during execution. That is why we closely monitor this.

Voor welke woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten werkt VORM4?

We ondersteunen nieuwbouw, verbouw, renovatie en herbestemming van woningen en utiliteitsgebouwen. We stemmen onze bouwkundige en constructieve werkzaamheden af op uw ontwerp, projectfase en de betrokken partijen.

Wat is het verschil tussen ontwerp en uitvoeringsgereed tekenwerk?

In het ontwerp worden de hoofdlijnen en technische keuzes bepaald. In latere fasen worden maatvoering, aansluitingen en details verder uitgewerkt voor voorbereiding en uitvoering. We leggen vooraf vast welk niveau uw bouwteam nodig heeft.

Kunnen jullie een ontwerp van onze architect verder uitwerken?

Ja. We beoordelen de beschikbare ontwerpstukken en stemmen de constructieve uitgangspunten en benodigde uitwerking met uw architect af. Zo werken we samen aan een ontwerp dat technisch samenhangt en praktisch uitvoerbaar is.

Hoe worden tekeningen en berekeningen op elkaar afgestemd?

We koppelen constructieve uitgangspunten aan het bouwkundige ontwerp en het BIM-model. Door afstemming met modelleurs, constructeurs en andere betrokkenen komen knelpunten in maatvoering, sparingen en aansluitingen vroeg in beeld.

Kan VORM4 ook begeleiden tijdens de uitvoering?

Uitvoeringsbegeleiding, controles en directievoering kunnen onderdeel zijn van de opdracht. We leggen vooraf vast welke werkzaamheden en contactmomenten zijn inbegrepen en welke informatie de aannemer moet aanleveren.

Welke informatie is nodig om te starten?

Stuur het ontwerp, de beschikbare bestaande tekeningen, het projectadres en uw planning. Bij bestaande bouw kunnen een opname of scan nodig zijn. Voor het funderingsontwerp bespreken we welke bodemgegevens beschikbaar moeten zijn.
