Our vision on housing and utility buildings
In residential and commercial construction, every detail is crucial. In addition to the aesthetic aspect, our experienced engineers also work on the technical foundation of your project. We keep up with developments in the construction sector by working with the latest technology.
We strongly believe in the importance of close cooperation and will therefore involve you in every phase of the development of the project. We are also experts in realising projects in seismic areas.
Thanks to our extensive experience with a variety of calculation methods such as non-linear time domain analyses (NLTH), we provide earthquake resistant designs and construction plans.
Holistic software as a success for our work formula
By using distinctive software, we are able to work efficiently and look at the project from a holistic perspective. We use the BIM model, this software allows us to create detailed 3D models.
Because BIM works from the cloud, this system is very suitable for working with different project teams.

FAQs
Because we work with advanced 3D design and analysis software, we are able to link information from drawings and calculations. The 3D environment gives everyone the opportunity to comment and coordinate details at an early stage. As a result, our way of working provides a lot of insight into the bottlenecks and the follow-up effects.
The available information (archival documents, recording data, point clouds) is processed in the 3D software. Thanks to the integration with the BIM environment, we can share, discuss and adapt the models. The 3D architectural model is linked to a 3D analytical model. Here, all static calculations are carried out and the constructive data is generated.
From the 3D analytical software, the information is brought back to the 3D architectural model. This ensures that the drawings and calculations are coordinated, with the added advantage that the impact of changes is immediately visible.
