Sarah Niel's Story — Constructor

When Sarah Niel joined VORM4 two years ago, she was looking for a new challenge where she could expand her knowledge and bring her ideas to life. “I wanted more responsibility and the opportunity to work on challenging projects. At VORM4, I got that opportunity right away,”. She started on complex projects such as earthquake resistant structures and sustainable energy solutions.

What Sarah appreciates most about her work is the freedom to take the initiative and explore new solutions. “Every day brings new technical challenges, and I get the space to make a real impact. The team here is also fantastic; we're learning from each other and continuing to encourage each other to grow.”
