About the position

As a marketing employee at VORM4, you are the creative brain behind our online and offline visibility. You know how to present our technical world in an accessible and attractive way. From website to social media and from visuals to campaigns.

Your work is varied and creative:

Management and maintenance of our website (experience with Webflow is an advantage);
Designing and optimizing visuals, brochures, and presentations (using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign);
Creating content and ads together with third parties for social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram;
Thinking about marketing strategies and campaigns that match our brand identity;
Monitoring results and improving online visibility.

What we are looking for

At least MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in marketing, communication or multimedia design,
Experience with web design and CMS systems (Webflow experience would be useful but not required);
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar packages,
Creative eye for detail and a sense of corporate identity and branding,
Proactive and independent work attitude — you see opportunities and work with them independently. Affinity with technology or construction is a bonus!
