Royal A-Ware: Expansion of business space
For Royal A-Ware in Lopik, VORM4 provided the structural design of the new headquarters and the expansion of production capacity. Despite a late entry into the process, we were able to quickly understand and solve the technical bottlenecks. Thanks to our insight and flexibility, the client was able to build on a safe, thoughtful and executable design.

VORM4 was only involved after construction had already started. There were still many open points in the design that needed to be resolved soon. In addition, no construction system had yet been chosen for a number of building components, making it difficult to provide good insight into the costs. The customer was looking for a partner that could switch quickly and provide insight into the impact of choices on implementation and costs.
Oplossing
With the help of advanced 3D software, VORM4 quickly identified all the bottlenecks and presented several solution directions. By making them visually transparent, Royal A-Ware was able to make effective choices. Structural safety was also reassessed, including detailed engineering of steel, concrete and pile foundations, leading to a well-founded and safe final design.
