The challenge at Van 't Verlaat lay at the heart of modern residential construction: perfectly integrating sustainable materials. The project required stable timber and steel structures that had to meet stringent requirements for safety and durability.
The connections between these structures demanded exceptional precision. During execution, several unforeseen adjustments emerged, ranging from piles and floor connections to service penetrations, all of which required immediate technical solutions.
